R. China, at the International Conference Center of Dalian University of Technology from Tuesday, August 8, 2017 -  Thursday, August 10, 2017. The forum also invited the experts in the fields of photonic crystals and luminescence - Professor Hong Yang of the University of Illinois, Professor Xiaogang Liu of National University of Singapore and other participants.
